ElizabethJOHNSTONOn the 16th October 2025, peacefully at Dumfries Infirmary, Elizabeth Johnston (Betty) nee Smith, aged 97 years of New Abbey. Beloved wife of the late Davie, cherished mum of Hazel and Alison and mother-in law of Chris and Jim, treasured granny of Imogen, Ellie, Iona and Douglas and proud great-granny of Piper, Harrison and Oscar, much loved sister, aunt, and a dear friend to many.
Service at New Abbey Church on Friday 7th November 2025 at 12:30pm. Cremation thereafter at Roucan Loch Crematorium. All friends are respectfully invited to attend.
Family flowers only please. Donations if desired can be given at the service in memory of Betty, to be shared between New Abbey Church and New Abbey Village Hall.
